Create a better sleeping habit

Sleep through snoring, noisy neighbours and restless streets. Happy Ears soften the sounds that keep you awake, from fans and shared walls to the low noise of the world outside, without shutting everything out completely. Reusable, noise-reducing by 25–27 dB and designed for side sleepers, they help lower the volume around you so you can drift off more easily, while still letting you hear your alarm in the morning.

How earplugs reduce noise and why it matters for sleep

Earplugs used for sleep create a gentle seal in your ear canal that blocks airborne sound before it reaches your eardrum. Effectiveness is measured in decibels (dB) and verified in Europe by CE certification under the EN 352 standard. There are two ratings: SNR (the European measurement, usually 1–2 dB higher) and NRR (the US measurement). Both describe how much sound the earplugs filter. For sleeping, 25 dB handles moderate disturbance like traffic and light snoring; 27 dB is right for loud snoring, nightlife or city-centre living.

Comfortable, even on your side

Side sleepers know the feeling: earplugs that press against the pillow, work loose or become uncomfortable during the night. Happy Ears are designed with a low-profile shape and a short, soft stem that stays comfortably out of the way, helping reduce pressure while maintaining a secure seal.

Because every ear is different, Happy Ears come in three sizes to help you find the fit that's right for you. A better fit means better comfort throughout the night, while balanced noise reduction helps soften snoring, traffic and other everyday sounds, so you can stay asleep, whichever way you sleep.

Sleep earplugs

We designed one earplug to move through everyday life

Happy Ears was built around a simple idea: one well-designed earplug should be able to work across many parts of life. Made in three sizes for a better fit, it moves easily between sleeping, traveling, working, performing, creating or finding focus, without asking you to switch product every time the soundscape changes.

That is why we often think of Happy Ears as the Swiss Army knife of earplugs: one small object with many uses, designed to make hearing protection feel simpler, more natural and easier to bring with you.
