Hold the earplug by the soft stem and insert with a gentle quarter-twist so the stem points slightly back and down. Let it settle until the seal feels comfortable and sound drops evenly. Will Happy Ears muffle the sound?

No. The oval shape and soft stem lower the volume evenly across frequencies, so speech and music stay clear and natural, just at a safe level. Unlike foam, they don't kill the treble.

Which size should I choose?

Happy Ears are offered in Small, Medium and Large. Since all ears are unique, the Discovery Pack is the best place to start if you are unsure. It includes all three sizes so you can find the fit that feels right.

Are they comfortable for hours?

Yes. The low-profile shell and soft stem under 1 cm are designed to disappear in your ears. Comfortable for all-day wear, side-sleeping and under a helmet.

How long do they last, and how do I clean them?
