We ship from local warehouses in your region — Sweden (Malmö), the UK (Bristol), Netherlands (Eindhoven), the US (Chicago), Canada (Surrey), and Australia (Altona). Most orders arrive within a few business days because they ship from the closest hub.
Free standard shipping is included on orders above a market-specific threshold. Smaller orders ship for a flat fee. See Shipping by market below for thresholds and rates by region.
All orders are shipped with tracking, except for Standard Shipping to Canada, Sweden, and the UK. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Orders are typically processed and shipped on the same business day they are placed, or the following business day.

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse the or the following business day (except standard shipping in Canada and Sweden). The tracking number arrives by email with a direct link to your carrier's tracking page.
First, check your tracking link for the latest update. If it's been longer than the expected delivery window for your market (see Shipping by market above), email info@happyearsearplugs.com with your order number and your country and we'll investigate it further and make sure you will receive what you ordered.
Check around the property and with neighbours first. Carriers sometimes leave parcels in a safe place. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, email us at info@happyearsearplugs.com and provide your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate the parcel or arrange a replacement.
Return it for a full refund, even if you've opened it. That's what the Discovery Pack is for. Send an email with your order number to info@happyearsearplugs.com for a refund request and return your order thereafter. The guarantee applies to one Discovery Pack per customer.
If the package is still unopened, we'll refund it in full. If it's been opened, we can't take it back as health and safety regulations prevent us from reselling an earplug that has been in an ear. If you're unsure about size, please start with a Discovery Pack instead.
As long as it's unopened, we'll refund the order minus a small processing fee that covers the original free shipping and return handling. Fees vary by market, see Processing fees by market below. Opened 3-Packs follow the same hygiene rule as single pairs and cannot be refunded.
Email info@happyearsearplugs.com within 14 days with photos and your order number. We'll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund, your choice.
Our Discovery Packs (Transparent and Ocean Plastics Green) contain one pair each of Small, Medium and Large. They exist so you can find your size without commitment. If none of the three sizes work for you, email info@happyearsearplugs.com for a refund request and return your order thereafter to receive a refund.
The money-back guarantee applies to one Discovery Pack per customer. If you order more than one (for example, a Transparent DP and an Ocean Plastics DP), only the lower-priced one is covered by the size-fit guarantee. The other can still be returned unopened for a full refund.
Yes. If you've ordered a single pair in a specific size and it's still unopened, we'll refund it minus a small processing fee. Just mail it back to the address for your market (see Return addresses by market below).
Once a single pair is opened, we can't accept it back. This isn't a policy choice, it's a hygiene regulation. Once an earplug has been in an ear, it can't be cleaned and resold. If you're unsure about size, please start with a Discovery Pack instead, which is specifically designed to be opened and tested.
Yes. If you've ordered a 3-Pack (three pairs of the same color, your chosen size) and it's still unopened, we'll refund the purchase price minus a small processing fee. This fee covers the cost of the free shipping you received when you ordered, plus the return handling.
Opened 3-Packs follow the same hygiene rule as single pairs. Once they've been used, we can't accept them back. If you're a first-time Happy Ears customer and not sure about your size, please start with a Discovery Pack which is designed to be opened and tested.
The processing fee on 3-Pack returns varies by market:
- United States: $8 USD
- United Kingdom: £6 GBP
- Sweden: 60 SEK
- Australia / New Zealand: $9 AUD
- Canada: $9 CAD
- Other countries €7 EUR
The fee is deducted from your refund, you don't pay anything upfront. For example, if your 3-Pack cost €40.00 and you're in Germany, you'll receive €33 refund.
Send a note to info@happyearsearplugs.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm and walk you through the next step. Mentioning your order number in the first email cuts processing time in half.
Place your unopened package inside a shipping envelope. Include a note with your name, email, and order number so we can match the return to your order. If we don't know who sent the package, we can't issue a refund.
Send the package to the return address for your market, see Return addresses by market below. You cover the cost of return postage. We recommend tracked shipping so you have proof of dispatch.
As soon as your package arrives, we process the refund back to your original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the package.

We don't refund original shipping if you paid for it. Most orders include free standard shipping anyway, but if you specifically paid for shipping that portion isn't refunded.
If you paid extra for faster or tracked shipping at checkout, that portion isn't refundable.
Once used, hygiene regulations prevent us from reselling earplugs. Opened single pairs and opened 3-Packs cannot be refunded. The only exception is opened Discovery Packs, which are covered by the size-fit money-back guarantee.
You cover the cost of sending the package back to us. We recommend tracked shipping so you have proof of dispatch.
