Pricing

Sale price All prices are shown on each product page. The Korean storefront (/ko-kr/) displays prices in KRW; the Swedish storefront in SEK; other markets in their local currency. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Additional fees Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Customers in South Korea and other non-EU markets may be liable for import duties and local VAT at delivery — these are charged by the destination customs authority, not by Happy Ears.

Delivery

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Money-back guarantee Within 30 days of delivery. Contact ecommerce@happyearsearplugs.com with your order number to initiate a return.
Return shipping Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective.
Refund timing Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Defective products Free replacement or full refund. Email ecommerce@happyearsearplugs.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Restrictions on returns Earplugs are personal hygiene products. We cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless the product is defective.
